This is all about those actual conversations.   Scheduled in 20 minute increments.  Initial is free of charge.  Others are $10/20 minute session

Initial - 20 minutes (free)

Seasonal Planning Meetings - goal setting, resource evaluations, calendar building - 40 minutes - $20

team leaders - Do you have multiple classrooms or groups working together?  Let's get you organized and get some resources in your hands.  We can meet together or just with one leader.  We will discuss goals, structure, resources, great contacts, and more - 60 minutes:  $30

planning a big event- I have templates and can help you organize all the things.  This can be a meeting with one team leader - or a whole room full of people.  This is a multiple meeting package. 

Set the stage:  40 minutes - 

Follow up and Delegate/Restructure As Needed - 40 Minutes

Mid-process check-in - build up resources - Fill in the holes - I WILL BE PROVIDING YOU WITH FREE ACTIVITIES HERE TO FILL IN NEEDS FOR YOUR EVENT. -- 60 Minutes

 Pre-event check in - 20 mintues

Post event Evaluation/ -60 Minutes

EACH MEETING INCLUDES STRUCTURED AGENDAS, FORMS NEEDED TO KEEP THINGS LINED OUT, FOLLOW UP EMAILS AND COMMUNICATION.
